What is Enclomiphene (Androxal)?
Enclomiphene is the trans (E) isomer of clomiphene — the active SERM component responsible for HPG axis stimulation. Unlike racemic clomiphene (which includes the long-acting pro-estrogenic zuclomiphene), pure enclomiphene provides cleaner gonadotropin stimulation without zuclomiphene’s accumulation.
