What is Enclomiphene (Androxal)?
Enclomiphene is the trans (E) isomer of clomiphene — the active SERM component responsible for HPG axis stimulation. Unlike racemic clomiphene (which includes the long-acting pro-estrogenic zuclomiphene), pure enclomiphene provides cleaner gonadotropin stimulation without zuclomiphene’s accumulation. Research tool for selective HPG activation and male hypogonadism research. Research use only.
Research Applications
Pure HPG Axis Stimulation
LH/FSH stimulation without zuclomiphene accumulation — cleaner gonadotropin research
Enclomiphene vs Clomiphene
Isomer comparison — differential HPG activation, half-life, estrogenic activity
Male Hypogonadism Models
Testosterone restoration via endogenous HPG stimulation — TRT alternative
SERM Isomer Pharmacology
Trans vs cis clomiphene — receptor binding, ERα/ERβ selectivity differences
Fertility Research
FSH-mediated spermatogenesis at isomer-pure SERM stimulation
