What is CJC-1295 (No DAC)?
CJC-1295 (No DAC) (Modified GRF(1-29) — DPP-IV resistant GHRH analog) is a 29-amino acid modified GHRH analog (4 substitutions). DPP-IV-resistant GHRH analog with 4 amino acid substitutions extending half-life to ~30 minutes while preserving pulsatile GH release. Produces greater GH pulse amplitude than sermorelin without the sustained albumin-bound half-life of the DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) version.
