What is Bronchogen?
Bronchogen is a tetrapeptide bioregulator (Ala-Glu-Asp-Leu) developed through the Khavinson peptide bioregulator programme. Acts as a tissue-specific geroprotector for bronchial and lung epithelium, studied for modulation of airway cell proliferation, differentiation, and gene expression normalisation in aged tissue. Research use only.
Research Applications
Bronchial Epithelium Research
Airway cell differentiation, ciliary function, mucociliary clearance
Lung Tissue Geroprotection
Age-related lung decline models, cellular senescence, tissue repair
Gene Expression Normalisation
Epigenetic modulation, target gene activation, mRNA expression studies
Inflammatory Airway Models
Cytokine production, NF-κB pathway, bronchial inflammation
Peptide Bioregulator Research
Khavinson short peptide mechanism, receptor interaction, cell specificity
