1. Peptide Quality Guarantee
All QSC peptides undergo rigorous analytical testing to confirm the stated purity specification (≥99% where listed), correct molecular weight and chemical identity, and batch-to-batch consistency. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are published on every product page for transparency and batch verification, independently verifiable via the Janoshik portal.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to contamination and cold-chain sensitivity, peptide returns are limited.
Unopened Products
Eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery if the product is unopened and unused, properly stored at recommended temperatures (e.g., -20°C), and original packaging is intact. Improper storage or handling voids eligibility.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Verified claims may result in a replacement shipment or refund at QSC’s discretion. Photo documentation and batch details are typically required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable under all circumstances:

Opened or reconstituted vials
Contaminated or improperly stored peptides
Products altered after delivery
Orders outside the 30-day return window

Peptides are highly sensitive biomaterials. Compromised items cannot be guaranteed for research validity and cannot be accepted for return.
4. Return Authorisation Process
To request a return, email [email protected] with your order number, product name, reason for return, and supporting documentation (photos or lab results if applicable). A confirmed Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number is required before returning any item. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Orders ship from the warehouse nearest to the delivery address based on inventory availability. If a product is not stocked locally, fulfilment is handled through the China manufacturing warehouse.

6. Reshipment Guarantee
Free reshipment applies in verified cases of official customs seizure with documentation, carrier-confirmed lost parcels, or verified non-delivery. Support must be contacted within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Reshipment Exclusions
The reshipment guarantee does not apply in cases involving an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, missing apartment/unit number or postal code, false recipient information, failure to collect a parcel from the carrier, or customer-requested delivery changes. Accurate shipping details are the customer’s sole responsibility.
7. Payments
QSC accepts Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (ERC-20) cryptocurrency payments only, processed via Blockonomics. Customers are solely responsible for sending payment to the correct wallet address, paying the exact invoice amount, and completing payment within the allotted time window. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible — incorrect payments cannot be recovered.
8. Final Sales & Limitation of Liability
All sales are final except as explicitly stated in this policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that products are for laboratory research only, are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, or therapeutic use, and that responsibility for local regulatory compliance, proper storage, and handling rests with the purchaser. QSC’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in dispute.
