All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only.
1. Peptide Quality Guarantee
Analytical Testing & Purity
All QSC research peptides undergo analytical testing to verify:
• Stated purity specification (typically 99%+ where listed) • Correct molecular weight and identity • Batch consistency
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are hosted directly on each product page for transparency and batch-level verification.
2. Returns & Refunds (Research Peptides)
Due to contamination risk and cold-chain sensitivity, peptide returns are limited.
Unopened Products
Eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery if:
• Unopened • Unused • Properly stored (including -20°C where applicable) • In original packaging
Improper storage voids eligibility.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
If verified, QSC will provide:
• Replacement shipment, or • Refund (at QSC’s discretion)
Photo documentation and batch details may be required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
• Custom peptide synthesis or made-to-order batches • Opened or reconstituted vials • Contaminated products • Improperly stored peptides • Products altered after delivery • Orders outside the 30-day window • Products used outside laboratory research designation
Peptides are highly sensitive biomaterials. Once compromised, integrity cannot be guaranteed.
Customers must contact support within 7 days of expected delivery date to initiate investigation.
Reshipment Exclusions
Reshipment does not apply in cases involving:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address • Missing apartment/unit number • Incorrect postal code • False recipient information • Failure to collect parcel • Delivery issues caused by customer-requested changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
7. Payments
QSC accepts cryptocurrency payments only.
Payments are processed securely through Blockonomics at checkout.
Orders are processed after blockchain confirmation.
Customers are responsible for:
• Sending payment to the correct wallet address • Paying the exact invoice amount • Completing payment within the allotted time window
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Payments sent incorrectly cannot be recovered.
8. Final Sales & Limitation of Liability
All peptide sales are considered final except as expressly stated in this policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
• Products are sold strictly for laboratory research use • Products are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, or therapeutic use • You assume responsibility for regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction • You are responsible for proper storage and handling
QSC’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in dispute.
