What is GHRP-2?

GHRP-2 (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-2 (hexapeptide)) is a 6-amino acid synthetic hexapeptide. GHSR-1a agonist with robust GH-releasing activity and moderate HPA co-stimulation (cortisol, prolactin) — greater GH pulse amplitude than ipamorelin but more HPA axis co-activation. Used when moderate co-stimulation is acceptable or desired in the research design.
