What is CJC-1295 (No DAC)??
CJC-1295 Without DAC (also called Modified GRF 1-29 or Mod GRF 1-29, CAS 863288-34-0) is a synthetic 29-amino acid GHRH analog — a truncated, modified version of growth hormone-releasing hormone with four amino acid substitutions (D-Ala², Gln⁸, Ala¹⁵, Leu²⁷) that confer resistance to dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV) degradation. Molecular formula C₁₄₉H₂₄₆N₄₄O₄₂S, MW ~3367.9 g/mol. Without the drug affinity complex (DAC), it has a short half-life (~30 min), producing a discrete GH pulse — suitable for studying pulsatile vs. continuous GH release and GHRH receptor kinetics.
