What is Tesofensine?
Tesofensine is a triple monoamine reuptake inhibitor — simultaneously blocking DAT, SERT, and NET. Originally developed for Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, it demonstrated exceptional appetite suppression and weight loss in Phase 2 obesity trials. Phase 2 (2008): 10.6% body weight reduction at 0.5mg/day over 24 weeks. CAS 195875-84-4.
