Due to the sensitivity of lyophilized peptides β including cold storage requirements, contamination risk, and analytical validation β all sales are final and no refunds are issued. QSC provides free reshipment in verified cases of customs seizure. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only.

1. Peptide Quality Guarantee
All QSC peptides undergo rigorous analytical testing to confirm the stated purity specification (β₯99% where listed), correct molecular weight and chemical identity, and batch-to-batch consistency. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are published on every product page for transparency and batch verification, independently verifiable via the Janoshik portal.
2. All Sales Final β No Refunds
All sales are final. QSC does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Due to contamination and cold-chain sensitivity, peptides cannot be returned or refunded once an order has been placed and payment confirmed.
If your order is seized by customs, QSC provides free reshipment β see Section 6 below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Verified claims are resolved via replacement shipment at QSC’s discretion. Photo documentation and batch details are typically required. Refunds are not available β replacement only.
3. Non-Returnable Items
All products are non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to:
Custom peptide synthesis or made-to-order batches
Opened or reconstituted vials
Unopened vials and sealed products
Contaminated or improperly stored peptides
Products altered after delivery
Products used outside laboratory research designation
Peptides are highly sensitive biomaterials. Compromised items cannot be guaranteed for research validity and cannot be accepted for return.
4. Damaged Order Process
To report a damaged or incorrect order, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number, product name, reason for the claim, and supporting documentation (photos or lab results if applicable). Verified claims are resolved via replacement shipment. No refunds are issued.

Orders are fulfilled from the warehouse nearest to the delivery address based on inventory availability. If a product is not in stock at your regional warehouse, it will be fulfilled from QSC’s China manufacturing facility. If one item is available domestically and another is only stocked in China, you will receive separate tracking numbers and packages may arrive on different dates. All shipments are covered by QSC’s standard reshipment guarantee β no additional shipping charge applies to split shipments.

Local carrier tracking activates only after customs clearance at the destination country. No local carrier activity before that is completely normal. Full transit status visible on the QSC tracking page.

Local carrier tracking will show no activity during this leg β this is completely normal and does not mean your package is lost. Use the QSC tracking page for full transit status. There is typically a 1β3 business day gap between customs clearance and when your local carrier begins scanning the package.
β οΈ Split shipments: If your order contains items from both a domestic warehouse and the China warehouse, you will receive separate tracking numbers. Packages may arrive on different dates β this is expected and does not indicate a problem with your order.
QSC is not responsible for carrier delays, customs inspections, or force majeure events beyond our control.
6. Reshipment Guarantee
QSC provides free reshipment β not refunds β in verified cases of:
Official customs seizure with documentation
Carrier-confirmed lost parcels
Verified non-delivery
Support must be contacted within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number and documented proof of seizure or non-delivery to [email protected].
Reshipment Exclusions
The reshipment guarantee does not apply in cases involving an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, missing apartment/unit number or postal code, false recipient information, failure to collect a parcel from the carrier, or customer-requested delivery changes. Accurate shipping details are the customer’s sole responsibility.
7. Payments
QSC accepts Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (ERC-20) cryptocurrency payments only. Customers are solely responsible for sending payment to the correct wallet address, paying the exact invoice amount, and completing payment within the allotted time window. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible β incorrect payments cannot be recovered.
8. Final Sales & Limitation of Liability
All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances. QSC offers free reshipment for verified customs seizures as described in Section 6. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
Products are for laboratory research only
Products are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, or therapeutic use
Responsibility for local regulatory compliance, proper storage, and handling rests with the purchaser
All sales are final and non-refundable
QSC’s maximum liability shall not exceed the cost of reshipping the order in dispute.
